We are back to our familiar and beloved place! A particularly warm welcome, a smiling staff that helps with any question or request. The place maintains a high level of hospitality over the years and even improves over time. We were privileged to receive wonderful hospitality, a good breakfast, spa services from the best in Batumi, Excellent room service and diligent maids and waiters. A special thanks to Nino,from the reception, the one and only, who welcomed us again this time with great love and a wonderful feeling that we are at home. Indeed, we will continue to come to this beloved place and continue recommended to our friends and family! Thank you dear hotel!!!

Excellent property with amazing breakfast spread. Amazing sea front views - great communication. Top notch facilities. Ani at the reception has great communication skills and does her job exceedingly well with multiple requests taken care swiftly. Overall pleasant stay right next to the beach activities - Multiple restaurants in a walking distance to the property.

The location of the hotel was perfect right in the middle of the boulevard and easy access to everything. Just a short walk from the beach and the shops. The health centre and pool were good too. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly as were the housekeeping staff.

We ordered a suite and it was great. The view was stunning as you can see in the pictures. The room was clean, the beds were also great with good AC, and a shower with a good stream of hot water. The pool was great for adults and children. Highly recommended.

The standard room was a reasonable size and the twin beds were comfortable and we had a nice balcony. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and were pleasantly surprised at how good and inexpensive the food was. The Maitre D' was incredibly helpful.
